This dentist office has always been great. The front desk staff are helpful and my dental hygienist and new ortho continues to do a great job. However, the specialist visits have been frustrating. The Patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, but I waited almost an hour and only then found out the doctor was in surgery. Since surgeries can run longer than expected, it would help if patients were told about delays ahead of time, especially when the specialist is only available at the office about two days a month. In addition, why schedule surgeries the same day of examination?

I just have to take a moment to share how incredible my experience was today. My dental hygienist, Amber Arellano, is truly one of a kind. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel completely comfortable, cared for, and at ease. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable and gentle, but you can genuinely feel how much she cares about her patients. She took her time, explained everything thoroughly, and made what could have been a stressful visit feel so calm and reassuring.
And I can’t forget Lena Rivera, her amazing assistant. She was just as kind, attentive, and welcoming. Together, they made such a great team—so professional, yet so warm and personable. It honestly made all the difference.
It’s not every day you come across people who love what they do and show it in every little detail, but today was definitely one of those days. I left feeling so grateful and appreciative for the care I received. Thank you both for going above and beyond—you are truly appreciated more than you know! 🤍
